Why is my email account not receiving any new emails?

  1. Check if the email server is working properly

  2. Check the emails you filtered out as spam and make sure that legitimate emails are not being filtered there

  3. Check any rules you have set in your account and make sure that incoming emails are not being directed to a folder other than your inbox

  4. Check that your account disk space limits are not full and the mail can be delivered on it

  5. Check if the contacts from whom you are expecting emails have not mistyped or input your email address incorrectly

  6. Check with your friends and contacts that the emails that they sent to you, have been sent successfully.
