1. Check the page layout settings.
2. Check the page numbering options to see if the sequence is properly enabled.
3. If the page numbering is enabled, try removing and re-adding a page number to that spot.
4. If the page number option is marked None, try selecting the format you want from the drop down menu.
5. If none of the methods are working, try a re-install of the software or contact the customer support.
