Why is my document not allowing me to insert or delete a page break?

Verify if the page break is applying to the rest of the document
Check if the page break is contained in a larger section of text that contains multiple formatting elements
Check to make sure that you do not have a software compatibility issue between the application that you are using and the target document type
Try running the application in compatibility mode
Double check to make sure the insertion and deletion settings for your application are not being blocked
