Why is my computer not saving changes to documents?

Please use the following steps to debug why documents are not saving:

  1. Check if the document is on a read-only drive.
  2. Check if there is enough memory space or disk space for the document.
  3. Check if the document has been opened by another program.
  4. Close all running programs and try again.
  5. Check the power and connection cables of your computer.
  6. Shut down your laptop or computer and reboot.
  7. If the above steps do not work, contact your system administrator.
