Why is my computer not recognizing my printer’s wireless network?

Check that the printer is powered on.
Make sure the printer is network ready.
Go to the printer’s settings menu to ensure it is connected to the same wireless network as your computer.
Check your computer’s wireless network settings.
Make sure you’re using the right wireless network name and password combination.
Disable any virtual private network (VPN) from running.
Restart both your computer and the printer.
