1. Check if the optical drive is connected properly to your computer.
– Make sure the power and data cables are securely connected to the drive and to your computer.

3. Check if the device is enabled in Windows.
– Go to device manager and make sure the option to disable the device is not checked.
4. Check if the device is enabled in the BIOS settings.
