1. Check the connections: Make sure that DVI cables are securely plugged in at the back of the computer and the into the monitor, and that the power cord is properly connected.
2. Power cycle the monitor and your computer.
3. Try a different DVI cable and determine if the computer works.
4. Check your display settings to ensure that the correct display is selected.
5. Stress test your display: Change the display refresh rate to the highest supported setting and select a resolution slightly lower than the native resolution of your display.
6. Revert the Windows update if possible: If any changes have occurred to the system that may have caused the issue then it may be worth rolling back the driver or reverting the update.
7. Update the graphics driver: If the issue persists then updating your graphics driver may resolve the issue.
8. Reset the computer: If all else fails you may need to reset your computer to factory settings.
