Why is my computer not connecting to a specific VPN server after a Windows update?

  1. Initial Troubleshooting

    Perform the following steps to try to fix the issue:

    • Restart the computer
    • Check that the server address and credentials are correct
    • Verify that the VPN connection is allowed under local network settings.
  2. Update Your VPN Client
