Why is my computer constantly crashing and displaying error messages?
- Check your computer’s temperature. If it is over-heating, reduce its exposure to direct sunlight and potential sources of heat. Check the vents and if necessary, open the computer to clean out internal dust buildup.
- If you have recently installed any new software or updated any existing software, then corrupted files might be the cause. Uninstall the new or recently updated software, and restart your computer.
- If you have multiple memory cards installed, then make sure they are as compatible as possible. If the cards are not compatible, then your computer may be experiencing hardware conflicts.
- Check the health of your hard drive and update the drivers if necessary. If the drives are unresponsive, then you should back up your data and reinstall them.
