- Check that device and camera capabilities meet requirements.
- Check if other video calling apps are working
- Check that the camera has not been disabled within Teams app.
- Restart phone and try again.
System requirements:
An Android device with a camera, front or rear-facing (ideally 5MP or higher).
Android OS version 6.0 or higher.
Check if other video calling apps such as Skype or Zoom are able to access your camera. If they are, then the camera itself should be working fine and there might be some issue with the Teams app.
Check the video settings inside the Teams app and ensure the camera toggle is enabled.
If all else fails, try restarting your phone and try again.
