Why is my audio constantly cutting out in a Teams call?

  1. Check your Wi-Fi connection and/or Internet connection.

  2. Make sure that your microphone is functioning properly within Windows operating system sound settings.

  3. Check your camera settings if it is causing the audio to cut out.

  4. If on a laptop with multiple mics, make sure you have selected the correct one.

  5. Check Teams audio settings to see if any adjustments need to be made.

  6. Ensure that your headset or microphone is plugged in properly.

  7. Try a different headset or microphone.
