Why is my Active Directory user account not able to access a specific FTP server?

  1. Check that you have entered correct credentials and the password is case sensitive.

  2. Check the user account is active and is not blocked by the system administrator.

  3. Check the user has permission to access the FTP server.

  4. Check that the server is connected to a trusted domain.
