- Ensure the cables connecting the two monitors are firmly connected and the monitors are receiving a signal from your computer.

- Identify the correct display ports for the two monitors. If the second monitor is not a primary standard monitor (such as VGA, HDMI, or DisplayPort) refer to the user manual for the monitors for specific instructions to enable the port.
