Why have my emails from a certain date suddenly disappeared?

1. Check your email Trash and see if the emails are there.


2. Double check the email address you are sending to, and that you are checking the correct address for emails from the sender.


3. Check the Spam/Junk folder for the emails.


4. Review your account settings to ensure the date range for emails is set correctly.


5. Contact the sender and ask if they still have a record of the emails and if they sent them.
