- Check your power cord and plug to make sure that everything is connected correctly and securely.
- Check if the power outlet is functioning. Make sure that there is no power loss in the area.
- Unplug the power cable from your Smart TV and from the power outlet. Wait about 30 seconds and reconnect it.
- Check the software version of your Smart TV and update if needed.
- Check to make sure that the air vents are not blocked.
- Restore the TV to its factory settings.
- Reset modem/router by unplugging the power cable and waiting for 20 seconds.
