Why do I keep getting error messages when I try to connect to the internet?
- Check the cable connection. Make sure the correct power and Ethernet cables are connected correctly and securely.
- Verify the Internet service is working. Contact your internet service provider (ISP) to make sure they are no outages or service degradation.
- Check your router settings. Power cycle your router, and review the router settings.
