Why do I keep experiencing packet loss or internet data drops?

1. Check your router. Check your router’s settings and see if anything needs to be adjusted and if any of the wires connected to the router have come loose.

2. Check the internet connection. Check to make sure that your internet connection is stable and that there are no issues with the service provider or modem.

3. Restart your device. Restart the device that is experiencing the data drops and wait to see if the issue is resolved.

4. Clear router's cache. Clear the cache on your router using basic commands and see if that resolves the issue.

5. Check applications. Check any applications that might be running in the background that could be hogging up your data.

6. Reboot the modem. Reboot the modem to get a fresh and uninterrupted internet connection.
