Why do I have limited internet connectivity?

  1. Check your router to see if it is connected and has power.


  2. Check that your modem is turned on and connected to the telephone line or cable outlet.


  3. Restart your computer and router to clear configurations.


  4. Verify connection settings between your computer and router.


  5. Verify Internet connection with another device.


  6. Reinstall or update network connections.


  7. Replace cables to router and Internet, if necessary.
