Why can’t I access the Internet on my mobile device?

Check your connection:

  1. Check your signal strength
    Make sure you have an adequate signal by seeing if you have one or two bars.
  2. Check your plan
    Verify that your mobile plan supports Internet service and that your data plan is active.
  3. Check your device settings:
    Verify that ‘Data’ or ‘Enable Data’ is enabled in your device settings.
