Before troubleshooting, consider if the issue you’re having is due to a damaged cable, a different source (ex: cable box, Blu-ray etc.), or something else.
- Check if your TV is powered on
- Check the cables that connect your device to the TV
- Check the source input (ex: cable box, Blu-ray etc.) to make sure it is connected correctly
- Check the power outlets to make sure they’re connected securely and to other connected devices
- If your device is connected via HDMI, check to make sure resolution is set correctly
- Test a different source (ex: cable box, Blu-ray etc.)
- If you have multiple HDMI cables, test each one to make sure they work
- If none of these steps work, then contact your manufacturer for assistance
