Why are some of my students unable to access Microsoft Classroom?

  1. Check that students can access your school’s internal network and external Network connections.

  2. Check if the students have enough storage memory or bandwidth to handle the data from the Microsoft Classroom.

  3. Check if the account has been successfully set up in the email and password field.

  4. Re-configure the system or browser used to access the platform. Ensure that cookies, pop ups and scripts are enabled.

  5. Check with the IT department if there are any technical difficulties or outages.

  6. Reinstall the app or software required to access the Microsoft Classroom.

  7. Ask students to try a different device or a different web browser.
