Why are some of my Smart TV apps not loading or crashing?
- Confirm the app is compatible with the model of the TV.
- Check the version of the app installed, apps may need to be updated or reinstalled.
- Ensure that the TV’s firmware is up to date.
- Try clearing the cache of the app.
- Check the internet connection and the speed of the connection sufficient.
- Remove the app, then reinstall it.
- Reset the Smart TV to its factory settings.
