- Check that the notebook permissions are set properly by the professor (Only the people involved in the class should be able to view, create or edit the notebook).
- Check the student’s internet connection & the network speed.
- Check the settings on the student’s device.
- Ensure the student has the proper access rights to the notebook.
- Check the mailbox to see if there any messages from Microsoft classroom staff.
- Check the Office 365 service status.
- Test if the student can access the notebook from a different computer or device.
