Why are my students not able to access the class notebook on Microsoft Classroom?

1. Check the internet connection and device setup.
2. Verify the students have the appropriate school accounts and access permissions.
3. Check if the classrooms have existing notebooks and set up the proper notebook sharing.
4. Check that all students are running Microsoft Office correctly with the correct version of the Classroom app.
5. Update Classroom and Office software, if necessary.
