Why are my sent emails not being delivered to the recipient?

  1. Check recipients email address
  2. Ensure that you entered an accurate & valid email address that includes the domain, such as john@example.com

  3. Check the email filter settings
  4. The recipient might have an email filter that blocks emails. Check if your emails are being routed to the spam or junk mail folder.

  5. Check you anti-virus program
  6. Make sure that your anti-virus program isn’t blocking the message you are trying to send.
