  1. Check to Make Sure Screen Reader and Accessibility Options Are Enabled

To use the screen reader and accessibility features available in OneNote for Windows 10, it is important to make sure they are enabled. To ensure these settings are enabled, open the Settings window by pressing the Windows key + I, and select Ease of Access. Under the 'Make it easier to read' section, find Narrator and toggle it On. Then, under the 'Make it Ease to type' section, make sure Show text suggestions as I type is toggled On. After making sure these settings are enabled, select Close to save and close the window.

  2. Check to Make Sure Content is Organized in the Notebook

To make sure content is organized in OneNote for Windows 10, make sure content is organized with distinct sections and tabs to make it easier to access and point out specific content. Sections are organized by topic, and tabs are organized within those sections. Content should be organized by chapter, with each chapter organized under a tab to make it easier to navigate.

  3. Check Navigation Bar Visibility Settings

The Navigation Bar provides quick access to sections, notebooks and tabs. To use the Navigation Bar, make sure the visibility settings are toggled On. To view and edit the visibility settings of the Navigation Bar, select the 'View' ribbon, and select Navigation Bar. This should bring up a drop-down menu, from which make sure the Navigation Bar setting is toggled On.
