- Look at the scoring settings in the quiz.
- Check to make sure that you have entered the correct answer for each question.
- If the quiz utilizes multiple attempts, check to make sure the highest scoring attempt was taken into account when calculating the student score.
- If the quiz has a time limit, make sure the student answered the questions in the allotted time frame.
- Consider whether any quiz question formats or text marking settings could be causing issues.
