If images are not appearing in your Microsoft Forms form:

1. Check if the image is in a supported format: .jpg, .gif, .bmp, or .png.

2. Make sure the image is not too large. Maximum size is 3 MB.

3. Try uploading the image from another internet connection.

4. Convert the image to a supported format, and then upload again.
