- Check if you have an Internet connection and if OneDrive is running on your computer by checking the taskbar icon
- If you still don’t see your OneDrive files, double-check that you have the latest Windows update installed on your device
- Ensure OneDrive is setup on your device correctly and that you’ve signed in with the correct Microsoft account
- Check that your OneDrive folder on your device is synced with your online OneDrive account
- If you’ve recently changed your password, or been locked out of your account, you’ll need to update your OneDrive settings and manually restart the sync process
- If you have several Microsoft accounts setup on your computer, make sure you’re signed in to the correct account
