Why are my OneDrive files not appearing on my computer?

  1. Check if you have an Internet connection and if OneDrive is running on your computer by checking the taskbar icon
  2. If you still don’t see your OneDrive files, double-check that you have the latest Windows update installed on your device
  3. Ensure OneDrive is setup on your device correctly and that you’ve signed in with the correct Microsoft account
  4. Check that your OneDrive folder on your device is synced with your online OneDrive account
  5. If you’ve recently changed your password, or been locked out of your account, you’ll need to update your OneDrive settings and manually restart the sync process
  6. If you have several Microsoft accounts setup on your computer, make sure you’re signed in to the correct account
