Why are my OneDrive files not accessible on a shared drive or network location?

< 1 min read

1. Make sure that OneDrive is installed on your computer and active.
2. Confirm that you are signed in with the same Microsoft account or work/school account that is associated with your OneDrive.
3. Make sure your directory permissions are correct.
4. Make sure that your firewall or antivirus software is not preventing you from accessing OneDrive.
5. Make sure the web address is accessible from your current location.

If you have tried all of the above steps and OneDrive is still not accessible from a shared drive or network, contact your IT professional for assistance.
