Why are my ink notes not showing up in OneNote for Windows 10?

1. Check that the OneNote app is up to date: Make sure that you’re running the latest version of the OneNote app for Windows 10. Update the app here.
2. Check your notebook: Verify that you have the right notebook open in OneNote. Make sure to check for the notebook in the Notebooks list and within the Class Notebooks list in OneNote.
3. Check your device: Make sure that the input mode on your device is set to Pen. To check and confirm your device’s input mode, double-tap the screen with two fingers. In the lower-right corner, you should see Pen (or Touch).
4. Check your pen: Try to draw a single line with your pen. If nothing appears on the screen, replace your pen.
