Why are my emails suddenly going to the junk folder?

1. Always send your mail from the same email address.
2. Include multiple contact methods for the recipient such as email, telephone number, links to websites, and social media accounts.
3. Reduce the number of images in your emails and use alternative text (Alt-text) option for images.
4. Check the email header and verify that it’s legitimate.
5. Make sure the subject line is properly formatted and does not give a wrong impression.
6. Reach out directly to the recipient via another medium and ask to confirm receipt and review the email.
