1. Check to see if you’re using any email sorting rules, these can filter your emails to appear in a different order.
2. See if you have multiple inboxes set up – separate inboxes may be listed in different orders.
3. Check to see if there’s a sorting feature available in the particular email software you use.
4. Check to see if new emails are being placed at the top of your list.
5. If nothing else works, try re-arranging the emails within the inbox manually.
