1. Make sure your email account is set up correctly on all devices.
2. Check that all settings like incoming and outgoing server address, port numbers are correct and do not vary between devices.
3. Ensure that you are using the same network on all devices to connect to your email account.
4. Make sure your antivirus or firewall isn’t blocking the sync process.
5. Restart the device on which you are trying to sync email from.
6. Try resetting the mail app on your devices.
7.Uninstall and reinstall the email app used for sending and receiving emails.
