Why are my emails not being displayed in the correct order?

To ensure emails are displayed in the correct order, here are some items to consider:


  1. Check that your settings are configured to ‘receive’ emails in the correcorder.
  2. Verify that no filtering options are enabled in your email application.
  3. Ensure all emails are being downloaded from the server.
  4. Review the Date/Time stamp of the emails to ensure they are ordererd chronologically.
  5. If necessary, manually arrange emails by subject, sender, or other criteria.
