To ensure emails are displayed in the correct order, here are some items to consider:
- Check that your settings are configured to ‘receive’ emails in the correcorder.
- Verify that no filtering options are enabled in your email application.
- Ensure all emails are being downloaded from the server.
- Review the Date/Time stamp of the emails to ensure they are ordererd chronologically.
- If necessary, manually arrange emails by subject, sender, or other criteria.
