Why are my emails not being delivered to certain recipients?

1. Check your email to see if it is listed in a spam or bulk mail folder.
2. Check to make sure that the recipient didn’t block your email or that you didn’t choose the wrong address.
3. Double check the email address to make sure it is correct.
4. If you have run through these steps and you are still not able to get the emails delivered, contact the recipient to inquire why they have not received the emails.
5. If you have done all of the above steps and you are still having issues, contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or email hosting provider (such as Outlook.com, Gmail, Yahoo!, etc.) to inquire about any additional steps that may need to be taken.
