Why are my emails not being delivered to a specific domain?

  1. Check the SPF (Sender Policy Framework) records for the mail server
Check the SPF records for the sender’s domain to ensure it’s properly set up. If the SPF record is incorrect, the receiving mail server may reject the message.
  2. Examine the receiving mail server’s anti-spam filters
The receiving mail server may have filters enabled that block messages from specific domains or IP addresses.
  3. Check the mail server logs
Some mail servers provide a logs feature that displays the list of emails refused due to any issues.
  4. Investigate any authentication issues
If authentication is required by the receiving mail server, ensure the sending domain is included in the list of accepted domains.
