Why are my emails not being delivered to a specific device or email program?

1. Check if the emails you sent were filtered into the spam folder.
2. Ensure that you have the latest version of your email program.
3. Verify your settings in the email program to ensure emails successfully arrive.
4. Check your email server settings (POP, IMAP etc.)
5. Test sending an email to your own email address to see if it is delivered.
6. Check that messages are not being blocked because of permissions settings.
7. Contact customer support if your issue is still unresolved.
