Why are my emails not being delivered to a group of recipients?

  1. Verify that the the recipients have not been blocked by the email server.

  2. Check if the emails have inadvertently been diverted to a spam/junk folder.

  3. Check the formatting of the email address field.

  4. Attempt to send a separate email to the unreachable recipients.

  5. Get in touch with your internet service provider (ISP) to resolve any issues.
