Why are my emails going to my spam folder?

  1. Check if a general email address (such as info@yourdomainname.com) is being used instead of a specific individual’s email address.
  2. Check if the email contains references to the product/service being sold or a commercial website or those associated with products or services.
  3. Check if the subject lines of the emails are similar from email to email.
  4. Check the content format of the emails. Are they overly promotional or are they similar to one another?
  5. Check if recipient’s email addresses are classified as a low reputation address.
  6. Check if the emails are sent from a server categorized as low reputation.
  7. Check and adjust the frequency of the emails being sent.
  8. Check if the emails have high volume of bounce-backs due to incorrect spelling or wrong email addresses.
  9. Check if the emails contain links to spam websites.
