There are several things you can do when your emails are going straight to your junk folder:
- Check the spam/junk folder settings in the email application and ensure the email in question is not marked as spam.
- In the same settings, add the sender of the emails to the contact list or 'safe senders list'.
- Check if the sender’s email or domain name is blacklisted.
- Check the email protocol (POP3, IMAP, or Exchange) and make sure it is configured correctly.
- Configure the anti-spam settings and ensure the settings are not too stringent.
