1. Check your inbox email rules to ensure that there are no automated rules applied to mark and delete emails from that sender.

2. Check your accepted email domains list, and make sure that the website domain of the sender isn’t being blocked.

3. If the emails are still being automatically deleted, review if the sender is in your blocked list.

4. If any rules are still applied that could cause automatic deletion, update them to prevent further deletion.
