Why are my emails being automatically deleted or moved to the trash?

If your emails are being automatically deleted or moved to the trash, here are some things you can do.


  1. Check for any active filters – If you’ve set up any filters, make sure that they are not automatically deleting your emails.
  2. Check your Junk E-mail folder – If an email is mistakenly marked as Junk by Outlook, it might be getting moved to the Junk folder.
