If your emails are being automatically deleted or moved to the trash, here are some things you can do.
- Check for any active filters – If you’ve set up any filters, make sure that they are not automatically deleting your emails.
- Check your Junk E-mail folder – If an email is mistakenly marked as Junk by Outlook, it might be getting moved to the Junk folder.
- Check your email storage limit – Many email services have a limit on how much data you can store in your inbox. If you are approaching or have exceeded this limit, delete or archive some emails to free up space.
- Check the email address – Make sure you are sending to the correct email address and double check that you typed the address correctly.
