Why are my emails automatically being sent to the draft folder in Outlook?

1. Check your Outlook settings.
2. Navigate to your 'Inbox' folder.
3. Scroll and find the rule that was used to categorize your emails into the 'Drafts' folder.
4. Select the rule and click on the 'X' to remove the rule.
5. Restart Outlook as instructed.
