- Check Your Settings: Make sure your Mail Drafts folder is active in your account settings. This folder should be visible in your left-hand menu.
- Check Auto-Save Interval: Be sure that your drafts are set to save automatically every 5 minutes or so within your settings.
- Check Draft Folder: When creating a draft, the default folder for a draft message to be saved is the Drafts folder. Check that folder to confirm that your message was saved.
- Check File Size: Be sure that the file size of your draft is below the limit for your mail service provider. Your mail service provider typically can be found in the bottom of the settings page under the heading Data usage.
