1. Check if Custom Columns are added in the library:
- Find the library in question in SharePoint
- Click on Library Settings in the Ribbon
- Select Columns under the Columns section
- Confirm that the column is listed
2. Check if Columns are visible in the library view settings:
- Find the library in question in SharePoint
- Click on the dropdown arrow at the far right of the tab to show list settings options
- Select Modify View under Current View
- Select the Columns tab at the top
- Confirm that the column is listed and that it includes an active checkmark. Select Save if it isn’t.
