- Check your site permissions to ensure users have view rights on the list or library.
- Check your filter settings.
- Check if the new comments were entered on items you say filtered.
- Validate the comments have been Approved for the List/Library.
- Validate your view has the correct columns selected in order to show or filter the comments.
- Check if any workflows are associated with the Rules and Communications list.
