Why are my calls dropping?
- Check for signal strength and network coverage. See if there is enough signal to keep the call stable.
- Check for any background noise. Noise can interfere with the voice call, so try changing locations and asking any nearby people to keep quiet.
- Turn off any unnecessary apps running in the background. This can cause your device to use excess processor power and battery.
- Enable Wi-Fi calling. If you can, use Wi-Fi instead of cellular networks and see if the quality of the call improves.
- Check for any device or software updates. Make sure you’re up-to-date with the latest software for the best call quality.
