- Check the form settings. Go to the Settings tab of the form and check if branching options are enabled.
- Check branching logic. Check the branching rules to make sure that the conditions you set are correct. If the conditions are not correctly set then you will not see the branching option work properly.
- Check form submissions. Submit the form several times using different inputs to make sure that the form is behaving as expected.
- Check form logic. Make sure that the order of the questions is correct and that the branching logic is applied properly.
