Why are emails from a specific sender going directly to the trash folder?

There are several steps to address why emails from a specific sender are going into the trash folder:

  1. Check the spam/junk folder in your mail client and filtering rules for any specific sender addresses.

  2. Verify that the email is not blacklisted in the mail server.

  3. Check that the sender is not using an SMTP that the mail client or server is blocking.
