There are several steps to address why emails from a specific sender are going into the trash folder:
- Check the spam/junk folder in your mail client and filtering rules for any specific sender addresses.
- Verify that the email is not blacklisted in the mail server.
- Check that the sender is not using an SMTP that the mail client or server is blocking.
- Review whitelisting settings of your mail client or mail server and add the sender’s email address if necessary.
- Find out if there are any changes in the email senders’ setup, DNS or content.
